Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

One-time purchase

The Project Pass is a one-time digital purchase and does not renew automatically. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Refunds for an unused pass

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no paid generation attempt has started with the pass. The pass provides up to 8 visual-concept attempts for one outdoor space during the 7 days after purchase.

Duplicate charges or access problems

If you were charged more than once, did not receive a valid access key, or cannot use the paid feature because of a technical problem, contact us through the CoverCalc Pro contact page. Include your order receipt and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details.

If we cannot resolve an access problem that prevents you from using the paid service, we will review the purchase for a refund through the original payment provider. A generation request may count as an attempt after a pass credit has been reserved, including a provider failure or timeout after reservation; please contact us if that leaves you unable to use the pass.

Consumer rights

This policy does not remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location. Where those rights provide a refund or cancellation remedy, they continue to apply.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are sent through the provider used for the original checkout. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your payment method. The current Project Pass checkout is Payhip; the provider will be identified at checkout.

See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.
