Terms of Service

These terms apply to CoverCalc Pro, an independent product brand for browser-based garden-planning tools. They cover our free calculators and the optional digital Project Pass for the Expandable Ivy Screen Planner.

What the tools do

The calculators use the measurements, product details and prices you enter. The measured fit check and panel-count calculation in the Ivy Screen Planner are free. The optional Project Pass is a one-time US$9 purchase for up to 8 AI visual-concept attempts for one outdoor space during the 7 days after purchase. It does not include a physical screen, materials or installation.

Project Pass and access

Under the current setup, Payhip sends a license key after checkout. Entering a valid key starts the access window. The pass is limited to one outdoor space and up to 8 attempts within 7 days. It does not renew automatically. A generation request may count as an attempt after a pass credit has been reserved, including a provider failure or timeout after reservation. The current price and offer are shown on the Ivy Screen Planner.

Measurements and visual concepts

You are responsible for measuring the actual space and checking the product listing and manufacturer's instructions. A photo cannot provide reliable scale. AI-generated concepts are visual references only. They do not verify dimensions, product fit, construction, attachment, stability, durability, wind resistance, property compliance or safety. Do not use a concept as a construction, engineering or safety plan.

Photos and other materials

Only submit photos and content you have the right to use. AI photo processing is optional and starts only after you accept the on-page notice and request generation. The Privacy Policy explains how the service and its providers process information.

Payments, refunds and support

The payment provider displayed at checkout handles the transaction. The current project-pass checkout is Payhip. One-time purchases do not create a recurring subscription. Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised. A change will not remove a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
