What the text prompt asks the model to do

- Explain cubic feet, cubic yards, and whole bags to buy.
- Ask for missing bag size, density, price, or supplier information instead of inventing it.
- Turn the verified result into a short ordering and installation checklist.
What the visual brief asks an image model to do
- Draw each measured bed as a separate labeled shape and mark the diagram as not to scale.
- Show stated depths. Keep site placement and paths conceptual unless you provide their measurements; do not invent engineering details.
- Return a legend so a homeowner or small crew can compare the visual plan with the measured inputs.
Why use the calculator first?
A language model can explain a calculation, but it can also misunderstand a unit or fill in a missing assumption.
